Shipping

We generally select the most economical shipping method available at the time of fulfilling your order.
We are currently only shipping within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Feel free to email us if you have a special request.

Please note that it may take up to 1 calendar week (7 days) for fabrication of some products before they are shipped.

Free Shipping

Most items and orders ship free of charge. On select items, we will clearly display any additional charges for shipping during checkout and on the product page if possible. Sometimes it is necessary to charge shipping due to increased carrier costs, but rest assured we will not charge you any more for shipping these items than it actually costs us.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please send an email with your Order # and reason for return. You can locate your order number in your order confirmation email or on your online account by clicking the “Orders” link under the My Account menu.

We accept returns on items that are defective or don’t match what you ordered, as long as the item has not been installed, welded, painted or modified by you in any way. If you decide the product just isn’t right for you or you simply change your mind, we don’t have the resources to handle that. Sorry for any inconvenience. All custom-made (non regular stock) items are non-returnable.
Test fit all parts before attempting to install them .

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the return package and all items being returned are in the same condition in which they were originally sent to you. It usually takes 3-5 business days from that point for the refund to become available in your PayPal balance.

Privacy and Security

We use a PCI DSS compliant third party service provider (PayPal) to process credit card transactions online. We cannot view, nor do we store your credit card details, ever. The personally-identifiable information that we do collect, including but not limited to your name, address, email and telephone number, if provided, may be shared with and viewed by Dr. Z Fabrication and its employees for purposes such as fulfilling orders and general customer support. We will never release or sell your information to any other company or organization except as required by law. Please note that if items are drop shipped, our vendor will receive your name, shipping address and phone number for shipping use. By initiating a payment transaction from our website and through PayPal, you are agreeing to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions and the conditions set forth above.

Product Warning and Liability Disclaimers

Off-road driving is inherently dangerous. All parts manufactured and/or sold by Dr. Z Fabrication are designed and manufactured with the intent to increase vehicle off-road performance and are not DOT approved or intended for usage on public streets. Due to the nature of off-road driving, all variances in conditions and use cannot be foreseen and therefore Dr. Z Fabrication has no control over the safety of any person associated with the use of any product. Dr. Z Fabrication cannot be held liable in any event of vehicle or product failure due to improper use or abuse when using products manufactured or sold by Dr. Z Fabrication.

MODIFICATION TO ANY VEHICLE BY INSTALLING PARTS MANUFACTURED BY DR. Z FABRICATION COULD ALTER THE VEHICLE’S ON-ROAD AND OFF-ROAD PERFORMANCE IN THE EVENT OF IDEAL DRIVING CONDITIONS OR A CRASH AND ANY DETECTABLE OR UNDETECTABLE DEFECT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH. BUYERS AND USERS OF THESE PRODUCTS HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND USE.

Do not purchase or install any part manufactured or sold by Dr. Z Fabrication if you do not agree with the above terms, or if you do not feel competent in installing and maintaining any part safely and correctly. A qualified professional should install and service all products.
